01
Pause
Step away from the noise. Slow down, settle into the environment and establish a personal starting point.
Guided workforce wellbeing experience · Langkawi
A focused 2-day experience for teams that need more than another break from routine.
The founding pilot
Not a holiday. Not therapy.
A structured reset for a small corporate cohort.
The reality beneath performance
Pressure accumulates. Attention narrows. Conversations become transactional. A company trip may provide entertainment, but the effect often disappears as soon as everyone returns to work.
“Sometimes people do not need to escape. They need enough distance to see clearly again.”
What Langkawi Reset is
Langkawi Reset is a guided wellbeing experience that uses deliberate distance, nature and structured human connection to help participants slow down and take stock.
It does not promise a cure or permanent transformation. It gives people a practical pause, a clearer personal starting point and a simple plan they can carry back into daily life.
The programme journey
The programme follows the approved Langkawi Reset brand architecture.
01
Step away from the noise. Slow down, settle into the environment and establish a personal starting point.
02
Reconnect with yourself, trusted human relationships and what matters beyond the immediate pressure.
03
Translate reflection into clear boundaries, a seven-day commitment and a practical continuation plan.
Six programme components
Participants move between structured reflection and place-based activity. The mix keeps the programme human, memorable and commercially manageable.
MIASA-led core
Final session structure and facilitators will be confirmed for each cohort.
A facilitated small-group conversation centred on stories, hope, meaning and mutual support, without forcing personal disclosure.
A clear, non-clinical session on recognising pressure, using everyday coping tools and understanding when additional support may be appropriate.
Peer-informed reflection that turns the experience into one seven-day commitment and a realistic 30-day continuation plan.
Signature Langkawi experiences
For the Founding Pilot, participants rotate in smaller groups and receive one signature experience. Additional rotations can be scoped separately.
A professionally supervised beginner-friendly water session focused on confidence, presence and learning to respond rather than resist.
Proposed guest host: Natasha Hudson. Subject to confirmation, suitability and water conditions.
A professionally supervised scenic route that builds confidence, shared momentum and connection with Langkawi's forest landscape.
Proposed experience partner: ATV Safari Langkawi with Fizo Omar. Subject to confirmation and safety assessment.
A tactile local craft session that invites participants to slow down, make something by hand and connect with a Langkawi enterprise.
Proposed local experience partner. Subject to confirmation, class capacity and operating schedule.
The MIASA-led modules draw on peer support, Circle Time and mental health literacy approaches, adapted to the Langkawi Reset cohort format.
Indicative 2D1N flow
Indicative programme. Final activities are subject to cohort needs, venue availability, weather and safeguarding requirements.
Why Langkawi
Langkawi creates physical and psychological distance from routine without demanding an extreme journey. Its island pace, nature and strong sense of place help participants notice what normal working environments often conceal.
The experience will prioritise local accommodation, food, venues and carefully selected community partners wherever operationally suitable.
